Patient isolated at Mass. clinic after Ebola symptoms Posted: 12 Oct 2014 04:39 PM PDT A medical clinic in Braintree, Massachusetts, near Boston was evacuated and a patient has been isolated because of his recent travel to West Africa and medical symptoms, the Boston Globe reported on Sunday. "Ebola protocol is in place," the Globe quoted Braintree fire official Joe Zanca as saying. The clinic was the Harvard Vanguard Medical Center, the newspaper said. Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital in Dallas, where the new case was announced on Sunday, has already faced criticism for its management of the infection. The U.S. National Hurricane Center said on Sunday afternoon that Fay carried top sustained winds of 75 miles per hour (120 km per hour). Officials said the order was issued late Friday after the crew members violated an agreement to voluntarily confine themselves.
