U.S. files criminal charges in Benghazi attack: reports Posted: 06 Aug 2013 04:53 PM PDT The United States has filed sealed criminal charges for the attack in Benghazi, Libya, in which the U.S. ambassador to Libya and three other Americans died, media reports said on Tuesday. The U.S. Justice Department said it had no comment on the reports by CNN and the Wall Street Journal, but that its investigation was ongoing and remained a top priority.
